Please read this copyright policy carefully before using our products and services.

All Biankeye Designs art and products are copyrighted.

Without a license, Biankeye Designs prohibits the punishable by law acts of reproducing, making copies, distributing copies, selling artworks or merchandise and preparing derivative works based on the copyrighted artwork. Public display of the artworks or merchandise is only allowed in cases of fair use (in the US) and fair dealing (in Canada). 

 

Distribution is only possible for the user who owns the artworks (or merchandise) along with the rights to the artworks (or merchandise). Again, without the rights, distribution is not possible.

If the user dishonors Biankeye Designs’ copyright policy, legal action will be taken against the party infringing the terms.  We encourage you to reach out to Biankeye Designs to discuss legal use of the artworks or merchandise. Biankeye Designs currently does not offer the possibility to sell artworks under the form of NFTs or in instances where the method of payment would be cryptocurrency/tokens.
